2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging. We will then assess the issue and, if necessary, replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.

3. Verification of Information: Once an order is submitted for production, we cannot revise or alter any information. Please ensure that all details, including design, spelling, and product specifications, are accurate and double-checked before placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.
